摘 要:以罐式集装箱列车相邻端渡板均关闭为计算基础,对一开一闭、均打开等状态的安全间隙进行计算,结果表明,相邻端渡板均关闭、一开一闭两种状态下,可满足列车安全行车要求;均打开的状态下,存在端渡板互相碰撞的风险。据此,改进行车时相邻端渡板为一开一闭状态,相比端渡板全部关闭状态可节省卸车时间1.5 h/列次,提高卸车效率12%,同时降低了劳动强度。Based on the calculation of both-closing status of the adjacent ferry plates,the safety clearance under the open-closing and both-opening status were calculated which showed thatthe operation safety requirements of the train can be met under the status of open-closing or both closed.In the state of bothopen,there was a risk of collision of the adjacent ferry boards.According to the above results,the adjacent ferry boards could be kept in the state of openclosing which could save 1.5 h per unloading operation than in the state of both-closed.This improvement increased the unloading efficiency by 12%and reduced the labor intensity as well.
