声脉冲辐射力成像技术鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性病变的研究进展

摘  要:近年来,乳腺病变患者所占的比例在逐年上升。乳腺癌的早发现、早治疗有助于提高乳腺癌患者的5年生存率,改善预后。目前,声脉冲辐射力成像技术(ARFI)为乳腺疾病提供了新的诊治思路,ARFI是一项评估组织硬度的,新型的超声成像技术,其包括声触诊组织量化技术(VTQ)、声触诊组织成像技术(VTI)及两者相融合的声触诊组织成像量化技术(VTIQ)。这三项技术在乳腺良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断方面均被广泛、成熟地应用。本文将对ARFI在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别的临床研究进展作一综述。In recent years,the proportion of patients with breast disease has been increasing year by year.Early detection and early treatment of breast cancer can help improve the 5-year survival rate of breast cancer and improve the prognosis of patients.At present,acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI)provides new diagnosis and treatment ideas for breast diseases.ARFI is a new type of ultrasound imaging technology to tissue hardness evaluation,which includes virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ),virtual touch tissue imaging(VTI),and a combination of both virtual touch tissue imaging quantification(VTIQ).These three techniques are widely and maturely applied in the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant diseases.The progress of clinical research on this technique for differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant diseases is reviewed in this article.
