静脉留置针在护士工作效率的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉留置针对护士工作效率的影响。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的120例鼻息肉术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例)。观察组采用静脉留置针输液方法,对照组采用一次性钢针输液方法。比较两组的护士工作效率、患者负面心理、患者护理满意度。结果观察组护士工作总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻息肉术后患者采用静脉留置针输液能提高护士工作效率,提高患者的护理满意度,减轻患者负面心理等不良后果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of intravenous indwelling on the working efficiency of nurses.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,120 patients with postoperative nasal polyps in our hospital were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by the random number table method.In the observation group,intravenous indwelling needle infusion was used,while in the control group,disposable steel needle infusion was used.The working efficiency,patients′negative psychology and patients′nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle infusion can improve nurses′working efficiency,patients′nursing satisfaction and reduce patients′negative psychology and other adverse consequences,which is worthy of clinical application.
