摘 要:介绍了一种道路模拟试验机空气弹簧隔振基础的动力特性分析方法。以某工程案例为研究对象,基于液压作动器特性进行隔振基础载荷分析。结合现场振动测试,测量隔振基础和桩基基础表面的振动加速度,利用ADAMS/View软件建立多体动力学模型,对隔振基础最大负载工况的振动响应进行计算和设计参数优化。研究表明,该空气弹簧隔振基础能有效减小设备振动向外部周围环境传递,具有较好的隔振效果。A type of dynamic characteristics analysis method for the air spring vibration-isolation foundation is introduced in this paper.Taking a practical project case as the research object,the vibration isolation system model is analyzed based on the load characteristics of hydraulic actuator.The vibration acceleration of the isolation foundation and surface of the pile foundation are measured combining with the field vibration tests;the multi-body dynamic model is built with the ADAMS/View software;the vibration response under ultimate load condition is calculated,and design parameters of the spring vibration-isolated foundation of road simulation testing machine are optimally analyzed.The study results show that the air spring vibration isolation foundation can effectively reduce the transmission of equipment vibration to the external environment,and it has a good vibration isolation effect.
