摘 要:采用变速箱滚针轴承整体有限元分析方法,基于ABAQUS在整车工况下对滚针轴承进行详细应力分析,考虑心部硬度与强度的对应关系,对各危险截面进行强度评定。结果表明,滚针轴承失效是由于轴承外圈心部硬度不足导致。提出变更材料并对变更后的轴承进行了应力分析,且通过实验验证了结果的正确性。这种考虑心部硬度与强度对应关系的有限元应力评定方法可为工程实际提供一定的参考和依据。In this paper,by using the whole finite element analysis method for transmission needle bearing,the detailed stress calculation to the needle bearing under the actual working condition of vehicle is analyzed based on ABAQUS;and the relation between core hardness and strength is considered to make strength assessment on the dangerous section.The results show that the failure of needle bearing is due to insufficient core hardness of the bearing outer ring.Thus the modified material and the stress analysis of the changed material are proposed,and the correctness of the results is verified by tests.The finite element stress assessment method considering the relation between core hardness and strength can provide a certain reference and basis for engineering.
