摘 要:根据江南某客车所钢结构作业平台,建立三维模型,采用有限元法进行静强度分析。根据截面模数对H型钢截面尺寸进行重新选型,针对新的截面尺寸,进行静强度计算,计算结果满足静强度设计要求。采用一次二阶矩法及Monte-Carlo法对新截面进行可靠性分析,两个状态函数下的可靠度计算结果均大于0.9974,满足了设计要求。根据作业平台实际尺寸,对两种截面下的型钢用量进行计算,计算结果显示,采用新截面相对于原截面型钢用钢量节约了29.6%,该结果对钢结构三层作业平台的设计具有一定的指导意义。According to the steel structure operating platform of a passenger car station in Jiangnan,a three-dimensional model is established,and the finite element method is used for static strength analysis.According to the section modulus,the section size of the H-shaped steel is re-selected,and the static strength calculation is performed for the new section size.The calculation result meets the static strength design requirements.The first-order second-moment method and the Monte-Carlo method are used to analyze the reliability of the new section.The reliability calculation results under the two state functions are both greater than 0.9974,so they meet the 3 design requirements.According to the actual size of the operating platform,the amount of section steel under the two sections is calculated.The calculation result shows that compared with the original section,the new section reduces the amount of steel by 29.6%.The result has certain guiding significance for design of the three-storey steel structure platform.
