摘 要:针对某型发射装置的插头支架在飞行训练后出现的脱锁故障,建立故障树,从设计、制造、使用三个方面分析故障原因,确认了故障原因为插头支架结构的抗过载能力不足。通过对插头支架扣板结构重新设计,调整重心位置,增加限位特征等措施,极大地提升了插头支架的抗过载能力,经试验验证改进措施有效。In this article,the fault tree is built for the delocking failure of the plug bracket of a missile launcher after flight training;the failure causes are analyzed from the three aspects of design,manufacturing and application,and it is confirmed that the reason for the failure is lack of anti-overload capability of the plug bracket structure.By redesigning structure of the plug bracket,adjusting position of the center of gravity and increasing the limit feature,the anti-overload capability of the plug bracket is greatly improved.The tests prove that the improvement measures are effective.
