摘　　要：寝室是大学生在校期间生活的地方,是学生之间接触最多的地方,也是最容易引发矛盾的地方。寝室对每个成员的发展都有重大的影响,研究大学生寝室人际关系更具紧迫性。高校思想政治教育工作应着力改善大学生寝室人际关系的现状,深入思考,探索针对性的解决途径,将大学生培养成具有良好心理素质的时代新人。Dormitory is the place where college students live during their college life.It is the place where students have the most contact with each other.Dormitory has a great influence on the development of each member.At present,it is more urgent to study the interpersonal relationship of college students’dormitory.The work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should focus on improving the current situation of interpersonal relationship in college students’dormitory,deeply thinking,exploring targeted solutions,and training college students to be ne*w generation with good comprehensive quality.
