从舌象论述新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的治疗

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期患者舌质以淡红为主,可见少量舌红,舌苔以薄黄或白为主,少量白腻或黄腻。恢复期的主要病机为脾肺气阴不足,浊毒瘀血互阻。治疗原则为平正清和、清柔润养扶正,宣散走窜、搜剔拔根驱邪。以健脾补气、益肺养阴、化浊解毒、通络活血为法,调整肺脾功能,同时重视芳香化浊、咸寒活血药物的应用。验之于临证,效果良好。In corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)recovery period,the tongue quality is mainly light red,and a small amount of red tongue is seen.The tongue coating is thin yellow or white,with a small amount of white or yellow greasy tongue coating.The main pathogenesis of convalescent stage is qi and yin deficiency of spleen and lung,and obstruction of turbid toxin and blood stasis.The principle of treatment is nourishing to strengthen the body and driving out the pathogenic qi.The method of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,benefiting lung and nourishing yin,resolving turbid and detoxifying,dredging collaterals and activating blood circulation are used to adjust the function of lung and spleen,and attach importance to the use of aromatization,salty cold and promoting blood circulation,which has been proved to be effective in clinical practice.Reference citation:CAO Yunsong,ZHANG Jingfeng,WANG Tong,et al.Treating COVID-19 from the Characteristics of Tongue Coating[J].Acta Chinese Medicine,2020,35(11):2265-2271.
