摘　　要："肾应冬"理论,强调肾在冬季应时而变的脏腑特点。其涵盖的主要内容有:肾脏精气的生成;肾精封藏;肾中阴阳关系的转变以及肾与其他脏腑间的相互影响。新型冠状病毒肺炎作为烈性传染病,严重影响患者的生命安全。究其原因,乃冬不潜藏,肾精外泄,以致正虚邪盛,引发机体病变。针对此次发病,应从"肾应冬"理论考虑,对轻症患者进行中医调理或干预,如:起居有常,保证合理充足的睡眠,以使肾中精气正常潜藏;饮食有节,勿过食肥甘厚味,影响五脏化生;不妄作劳,藏泄有度,保持肾中精气充盈;和于术数,通过中医太极拳、五禽戏、八段锦等保健方法,有效增强肾气,从而保持肾精的充足。针对重症患者从肾的角度进行治疗,将对临床用药有一定的指导意义,从而有利于更多患者的康复。"Kidney responds to winter"emphasizing the characteristics of the zang-fu viscera that the kidney responds to winter.It covers the following aspects:the generation of kidney essence and qi;kidney essence governing storage;the change of yin-yang relationship in kidney and the interaction between kidney and other zang-fu viscera.Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a severe infectious disease,which seriously affects the life safety of patients.The reason is that the qi movement does not converge in winter,and the kidney essence diarrhea,resulting in the excess of pathogenic qi and deficiency of vital qi,which causes disease.In view of this disease,we should consider the theory of"kidney corresponds to winter",and carry out TCM conditioning or intervention on mild patients,such as:living regularly,ensuring reasonable and sufficient sleep,so as to make the essence in the kidney normal hidden;don′t eat too much fat,sweet and greasy food,which will affect the metaplasia of the five zang viscera;don′t overwork,store and diarrhea in a certain degree,and keep the kidney full of essence and qi;take correct health care methods for health care exercise,such as through Chinese medicine Taijiquan,Wuqinxi,Baduanjin and other health treatments,effectively enhance kidney qi,so as to maintain adequate kidney essence.For the treatment of severe patients from the perspective of kidney,there will be certain guidance for clinical medication,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of more patients.
