巧坞病(脑病)壮医方药整理与用药特色研究

摘　　要：壮医将整个人体区分为三部,上部为天,壮语称为"巧","巧坞"则是头,凡头脑出现了问题,壮医均统称为"坞乱"或"巧坞乱"。壮医治疗巧坞病颇具特色,如以疏通道路、调理气机之法治疗脑梗死;以壮医药线点灸、壮医经筋挑刺法治疗脑卒中后遗症;以特色壮药内服结合壮医药线点灸治疗癫痫;以清火化痰、调脾益肾法治疗眩晕;以壮医刺血疗法、壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗偏头痛等,疗效俱佳。Zhuang medicine divides the whole human body into three parts:the upper part is the heaven,which is called"Qiao"in Zhuang language,and"Qiaowu"is the head.When there is any problem in the brain,Zhuang doctors call it"Wuluan"or"Qiaowuluan".Zhuang medicine is quite unique in treating Qiaowu disease,such as treating cerebral infarction by dredging channels and regulating qi movement;treating sequelae of stroke with Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion and meridian puncture method;treating epilepsy with special Zhuang medicine oral administration combined with Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion;treating vertigo by clearing fire and resolving phlegm and regulating spleen and kidney;treating migraine by Zhuang medicine blood pricking therapy,Zhuang medicine scraping detoxification therapy.The curative effect is remarkable.
