浅析颅项针疗法立法依据

摘　　要：颅项针疗法以颅项交界部的风府穴区为中心,辅以脑户至大椎区域内的穴为针灸配穴处方,具有深厚的理论渊源、清晰的发展脉络及明确的操作手法。该疗法始终贯彻《黄帝内经》天人相应、自然与生命同构一体的思维模式,借助天地宇宙的气化作用,使人体这个小天地在针刺过程中也可以实现类似于药物等外源性物质的补充与干预,在一定程度上突破了传统针灸疗法的效能有限性和"详于解剖、略于气化"的治疗局限性,为针刺临床提供了新思路。The cranial nape acupuncture therapy is centered on the Fengfu(DU16)acupoint area at the junction of the cranial nape and supplemented by acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions from the Naohu to Dazhui area.It has a deep theoretical origin,a clear development context and a clear operation technique.This therapy has always implemented the Huangdi Neijing thinking mode of the correspondence between nature and life,and nature and life being the same structure.With the help of qi transformation effect of the universe,the human body can also realize the supplement and intervention of exogenous substances similar to medicine in the acupuncture process.To a certain extent,it breaks through the limitation of the efficacy of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and the treatment limitations of"detailed in anatomy,slightly in qi transformation",providing new ideas for acupuncture clinical practice.
