摘　　要：射血分数保留型心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病进展及终末期的表现,常导致患者反复住院及死亡。国医大师邓铁涛提出"五脏相关,以心为本,他脏为标"的论治体系,重在补虚,兼以祛邪。本病证属本虚标实,本虚为心脾肾虚,标实以痰浊瘀血为主。治当以心为主,顾护脾胃,培肾固本,疏肝理肺。以五脏相关学说为基础,三因制宜,结合辨证论治,热者寒之,瘀者行之,圆机活法,有的放矢,方起沉疴。Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is a manifestation of the progression and end-stage of various heart diseases,often leading to repeated hospitalizations and deaths.Chinese medicine master Deng Tietao′s puts forward the treatmeat system that"five zang viscera are related,the heart is the root cause,and the other viscera is the manifestation cause".He thinks that the treatment of this disease should focus on tonifying deficiency and eliminating pathogenic factors.The syndrome of this disease belongs to the deficiency of the root and the excess of the manifestation.The deficiency of the root is deficiency of the heart,spleen and kidney and phlegm and blood stasis are the main symptoms of the excess of the manifestation.Treatment should be based on the heart,take care of the spleen and stomach,strengthen the kidney,soothe the liver and regulate the lung.Based on the related theories of the five zang viscera,treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors should be taken into consideration in combination with syndrome differentiation and treatment,treating heat syndrome with cold methods,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.According to different pathogenesis,cure the disease by using different treatment methods.
