益气舒颈推拿治疗气虚血瘀型椎动脉型颈椎病

摘　　要：目的:观察益气舒颈推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将76例气虚血瘀型椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组给予血塞通注射液治疗,观察组给予益气舒颈推拿治疗。结果:两组临床疗效比较,观察组为92.11%(35/38),明显高于对照组76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分治疗后明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.01)。两组治愈患者恢复时间比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气舒颈推拿治疗气虚血瘀型椎动脉型颈椎病可促进血液循环,有效缓解疼痛,快速改善临床症状,治愈率高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Shujing massage on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods:76 patients with cervical spondylosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases respectively.The control group was treated with Xuesaitong injection,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shujing massage.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups was 92.11%(35/38)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 76.32%(29/38)in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The recovery time of the two groups was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Shujing massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can promote blood circulation,effectively relieve pain,quickly improve clinical symptoms,and has a high cure rate.
