美、日、中科技指标报告的发展与比较

摘　　要：《美国科学与工程指标》《日本科学技术指标》是国外权威机构在国家科学技术和工程评价指标方面较成熟的研究成果,已发布多期,具有广泛的影响力。《中国科学技术与工程指标》于2020年推出第二期报告。本文介绍了美、日、中最新一期指标报告的进展情况,并从指标体系、指标选取、指标分析角度、报告关注点等方面对三份同类报告进行比较,提出完善中国科学技术与工程指标的建议。The United States'Science and Engineering Indicators and Japan's Science and Technology Indicators are famous indicator reports issued by foreign authoritative institutions.The second report of China Science Technology and Engineering Indicators was launched in late 2020.This article introduces the progress of the latest index report in the United States,Japan,and China,and compares three reports in terms of index system,selection of indicators,and report focus,etc.In the end,this paper proposes enlightenment and suggestions for future improvements of China science technology&engineering indicators.
