摘 要:大部分枕式包装机的控制系统基于PLC和伺服驱动装置开发,存在精度低、响应慢、设计复杂和调试繁琐等缺点。利用欧姆龙NJ运动控制器,设计了基于电子凸轮飞剪的枕式包装机控制系统。研究电子凸轮运动规律,建立数学模型,设计电子凸轮飞剪算法并进行三次方优化,解决了拉膜轴、输料轴、端封轴三轴协调同步问题。利用NJ编程软件Sysmac Studio编程实现控制功能。仿真和实验结果表明,三次方优化的凸轮与一次方的凸轮相比,明显减小了端封过程中冲击导致的设备抖动,使端封切割过程的精度更高、速度更快、冲击更小。所述控制方法和系统可以提高枕式包装机的效率和精度,已成功应用于实际生产。The control system of most pillow packaging machines is based on PLC and servo drive development, and has the disadvantages of low precision, slow response, complicated design and cumbersome debugging. This paper chose OMRON NJ machine automation controller and designed a pillow packing machine control system based on electronic cam flying shear. The law of electronic cam motion is studied, the mathematical model is established, and the electronic cam flying shear algorithm is designed to solve the problem of coordinated synchronization of the pull film shaft, the feeding shaft and the end seal shaft. Control function was implemented by NJ programming software Sysmac Studio. The simulation and experimental results show that the cubic optimized cam can significantly reduce the equipment shake caused by the impact during the end seal process, and the end seal cutting process has higher precision, faster speed and less impact. The control method and system can improve the efficiency and precision of the pillow packaging machine and have been successfully applied to actual production.
