Objective:To establish the drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for parexib sodium for injection to evaluate the rationality and standardization of clinical use,so as to provide references for rational clinical use. Methods:The DUE standard for parecoxib sodium for injection was established by referring to the drug manuals, related guidelines and expert consensus, and the questionnaire of the use of parecoxib sodium for injection was designed. The electronic medical records of the use of parecoxib sodium for injection from January to October in 2019 were consulted to evaluate the drug use according to the developed DUE standard. Results:The compliance rate of drug indication was 90.0%.The compliance rate of various standards in the process of drug use was 65.0%-100.0%,and there were unreasonable phenomena in the aspects of overdose medication, failure to monitor blood pressure as required during medication, unreasonable combination medication, compatibility taboo and so on.The compliance rate of medical results was 90.0%.Conclusion:DUE work can improve the standardization and normalization of drug evaluation.Problems and deficiencies in clinical drug use can be found, which is conducive to the continuous level improvement of rational clinical drug use.
