摘　　要："共建共治共享"下的社区多主体协同治理体系以融合协商、整合优化、双向互动、协同合作为行动方式,基层政府需要通过制度化和社会化的多种行动方式增进社会协同和激发公众参与,最大限度吸纳和整合不同合理需求,在社区公共事务中形成相对稳定的协同治理模式。With the principle of"co-construction,co-governance and sharing",the community multi-agent collaborative governance system uses different modes as integration,consultation,overall optimization,two-way interaction and collaborative cooperation.The government needs to enhance social coordination and stimulate public participation through a variety of institutionalized and socialized action modes,absorb and integrate reasonable needs to the maximum extent,and form relatively stable collaborative governance model in different community public affairs.
