摘 要:应用新型熔体表面脉冲磁场技术及Al-5Ti-1B中间合金对工业纯铝进行晶粒细化试验,研究脉冲磁场及Al-5Ti-1B中间合金对工业纯铝凝固组织的影响。结果表明:工业纯铝中添加Al-5Ti-1B中间合金,与未添加Al-5Ti-1B中间合金的相比较,前者的凝固组织晶粒尺寸减小约13%;在工业纯铝中添加Al-5Ti-1B中间合金、同时施加脉冲磁场,与未添加Al-5Ti-1B中间合金及未施加脉冲磁场相比较,前者的晶粒尺寸减小约34%。动力学分析认为,脉冲磁场的能量可以降低形核过程的临界吉布斯自由能,这是工业纯铝凝固组织进一步细化的重要原因。同时在脉冲磁场的作用下,晶体出现择优生长现象。The effect of pulsed magnetic field and Al-5 Ti-1B master alloy on the solidification structure of industrial pure aluminum was studied by the grain refinement test with a new type of melt surface pulsed magnetic field technology and Al-5Ti-1B master alloy.The results show that the grain size of solidification structure decreases by about 13% with the addition of Al-5Ti-1B master alloy compared with that without Al-5Ti-1B master alloy.When Al-5Ti-1B master alloy is added into industrial pure aluminum and pulsed magnetic field is applied at the same time,the grain size decreases by about 34% compared with that without Al-5 Ti-1 B master alloy and without pulsed magnetic field.The kinetic analysis shows that the energy of pulsed magnetic field can reduce the critical Gibbs free energy of nucleation process,which is an important reason for further refinement of industrial pure aluminum solidification structure.At the same time,under the action of the pulsed magnetic field,the preferred growth of the crystal appears.
