摘　　要：介绍了自行车车圈铝型材产品的特点及其生产用的一模六孔挤压模具。对传统的单孔模具制造工艺进行了分析;详细描述了一模六孔模具的制造加工工艺,主要包括上模与下模的加工工艺;指出了一模六孔模具制造工艺的关键要素。实践表明,这种针对一模六孔挤压模的新制造工艺是可行有效的,可以简化工艺路线、缩短加工周期、节省材料和保证模具制造精度。The characteristics of aluminum profiles for bicycle rims and the structure of itsextrusion die with six cavities were introduced.The traditional manufacturing process for thedie with single hole was analyzed;the new processing technique of the die with six cavitieswas described in detail,mainly including that of male die and female die;and the key processing factors were presented.The practice shows the new technique for the die with sixcavities is feasible and effective,it can simplify the process route,shorten the processing cycle,save the materials and ensure the manufacturing accuracy of the die.
