摘 要:为解决AZ31B镁合金激光焊接过程中存在的气孔问题,采用新型三光束光纤激光器进行焊接试验,其中主光束用于焊接,另外两束辅助激光用于对焊缝进行保温,降低焊缝冷却速度。对三光束激光焊接工艺参数进行优化,同时采用单光束激光焊接作为对比试验,并对焊缝进行抗拉强度测试及横截面切片分析。结果表明:三光束激光焊接在最佳工艺参数条件下,焊缝抗拉强度达到母材强度的96%,焊缝内部无气孔,比单光束激光焊接优越。为实际生产提供了参考。In order to solve the porosity problem in laser welding process of AZ31 B magne-sium alloy,a new three-beam fiber laser was used for welding test.The main beam is usedfor welding,and the other two auxiliary lasers are used for heat insulation of the weld to re-duce the cooling rate of the weld.The process parameters of three-beam laser welding wereoptimized.At the same time,the single beam laser welding was used as the contrast test,and the tensile strength test and cross-sectional slice analysis of the weld were carried out.The results show that the tensile strength of three-beam laser welding reaches 96%of thebase metal with the optimum process parameters.There are no pores in the weld,better thanthat with single beam laser welding.It provides a reference for practical production.
