摘  要:针对我国锰锌钒产业人才存在创新能力低下等严峻问题,探索学科交叉融合的复合型创新人才协同培养模式是研究和改革所要解决的核心问题。通过组建协同创新中心及教改实验班,采用新的教学组织形式,共享科研和实践教学平台,丰富理论和实验教学内容,完善实验教学开放制度,理顺协同培养机制,最终提升了学生专业技能,增强了学生创新创业能力。复合型创新人才协同培养模式理论与实践成效显著、特色鲜明、创新突出、社会反响强烈。Aiming at a series of severe problems such as low innovation ability of industrial talents in manganese-zinc-vanadium field,the core problem of the research and reform to be solved is to explore the collaborative training mode of inter-disciplinary innovative talents.By establishing collaborative innovation center and teaching reform experimental class,adopting novel teaching organization form,sharing scientific research and practical teaching platform,enriching theoretical and experimental teaching contents,improving the open mechanism of experimental teaching process,rationalizing collaborative training mechanism,the students’professional skills,the innovation and entrepreneurship ability are finally improved and enhanced.The theory and practice of the collaborative training mode of complex innovative talents have achieved remarkable success,with distinct characteristics,outstanding innovation and strong social repercussions.
