高校内涵式发展背景下实验技术队伍建设路径思考

摘　　要：在高等教育从外延式向内涵式发展转变背景下,对提升师资队伍以及实验室建设水平提出了更高要求。实验技术队伍作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分以及高校实验室建设管理的重要支撑力量,加强建设,提升水平,也是新时期高水平大学建设的必然要求。通过文献查阅和访谈,探讨高校实验技术队伍建设的重要意义,分析当前实验技术队伍建设面临的问题,提出实验技术队伍建设路径建议,为高校提供参考。Under the background of the transformation of higher education from extensional to connotative development,higher requirements are put forward for the improvement of the construction level of teacher term and laboratory construction.As an important part of university teachers and the supporting force of university laboratory construction and management,it is necessary that the construction of experimental technical team should be strengthened and the the level should be improved in the process of building high-level universities in the new period.Through literature review and interviews,this paper discussed the significance of the construction of experimental technical team in colleges and universities,analyzed the current problems of the construction of experimental technical team,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of experimental technical team,and it also can be taken as reference for colleges and universities.
