摘　　要：随着仪器共享平台的逐步普及,仪器的开放共享已全面实现。然而在“双一流”建设背景下,共享平台建设面临着新的形势要求和挑战。如何优化设备共享服务质量,以用户需求为导向,兼顾规范化和人性化管理,进一步提升大型仪器设备的使用效益,扩展平台服务的广度和深度,升级平台服务模式,实现可持续发展,是迫切需要解决的新问题。针对如何优化升级共享平台这一问题,从人性化服务和精细化管理角度,讨论了人文化管理的必要性。并结合医学院平台,介绍多年在设备管理、服务模式优化、实验技术队伍建设、共享服务人文化管理模式的实践经验。Instruments are important supporting conditions for scientific research in colleges and universities.With the construction of instrument sharing platform,the instrument has been shared.However,under the background of“double first-class”,the development of the scientific research supporting platform is faced with new situation and challenges.How to optimize the service quality,how to be user oriented,how to balance standardization and humanization management,how to further improve the use efficiency of large instruments and equipment,how to upgrade the depth and scope of services,the platform service mode,and achieve sustainable development are new problems that need to be solved urgently.Aiming at the problems,this paper discusses the necessity of human culture management from the perspective of humanized service and fine management.Combined with experience in instrument sharing service of the platform,it introduces the practice on human-based management mode of instrument sharing service in Zhongshan Medical School of Sun Yat-Sen University from the aspects of equipment management,service mode optimization and experimental technical team construction.
