摘 要:为考察协同处置垃圾渗滤液对环境的影响,本研究选择1条规模为2500t/d的协同处置垃圾渗滤液水泥回转窑,对协同处置垃圾渗滤液后烟气中重金属、HF、HCl及碳氢化合物排放浓度进行分析测试,研究其排放特征结果表明,与未进行协同处置的烟气重金属污染物的排放浓度相比,协同处置垃圾渗滤液后的烟气中Cr、Cd、As三种污染物变化不明显,而烟气中Mn的排放浓度增加2.31ng/m3,其次是Pb和Hg,分别增加了0.93ng/m3和0.88μg/m3采用协同处置垃圾渗滤液前后两种条件下烟气中总有机碳无明显变化,烟气中总有机碳含量均为35mg/m3 HF排放浓度高于协同处置固体废物水泥窑大气污染物最高允许排放浓度.In onder to investigate the environmental impacts of co-pocessing landfll leachate with cement kiln,a 2500t/d co-processing landfll leachate cement rotary kiln was sampled and analyzed,considering the emission concentrations of heavy metals,HF,HCl and hydrocarbons in the flue gas.The results showed thuat compared with the emission concentration of heavy metal polluants in the ftue gas without c-pocssing landfil leachate,the emission concentrations of Cr.Cd and As have no obv ious changes,while the emission concentration of Mn in the fuc gas increases by 2.31μg/m3,fllowed by Pb and Hg.with emission concentrations increase by 0.93 μg/m3 and 0.88μg/m3 respeetively.There was no signifecant echange in the total organic carbon in fue gas between conditions of the cement kiln co-processing landfill leachate and w ithout co-processing,and the emission concentration of total onganie cartbon in the flue gas remained 35 mg/m',The emission concentration of HF was higher than the maximum aceptable emission concentration of standard for pllutio control of solid wastes in cement kiln.
