摘 要:采用SolidWorks有限元分析软件对除尘器设备上的结构件进行强度计算,探寻归纳结构件所受应力和变形挠度与理论计算的偏差规律,进而为新结构件的应用提供有力的数值依据。计算分析结果表明:仿真应力的结果比理论计算值偏小约15%,而理论计算挠度值是仿真结果的约4.5倍。借用该条规律,对某水泥厂除尘器壳体上压型钢板结构件进行强度计算分析,在许用应力和挠度范围内,优化合理的压型钢板尺寸,最终为压型钢板在除尘器上的应用提供有力的数值依据,代替原来的结构形式,达到降低成本的目的。The finite clement analysis software of SolidWorks was used to calculate the strength of the structural parts on the dust collector.Explore and summarize the deviation rule between the stress and deformation deflection of the structural part and the theoretical calculation,which provides a powerful numerical basis for the application of the new structural parts.The calculation and analysis results showed that the simulation stress was about 15%smaller than the theoretical calculation,and the theoretical calculation deflection was about 4.5 times the simulation result.By using this rule,the strength calculation and analysis of the profiled steel plate structural parts on the precipitator casing were carried out.Optimize the reasonable size of the profiled steel plate within the allowable stress and detflection range.Finally providing numerical basis for the application of the profiled steel plate on the dust collector.Replaces the original structural form,achieves the purpose of low cost.
