摘　　要：针对组合转子变态相似模型的设计问题,提出了一种使试验模型与原型动力学相似的变态模型设计方法。对原型转子系统进行畸变得到变态模型,采用方程分析法推导出变态模型与原型的动力学相似关系,并通过参数优化得到最终的试验模型。利用有限元分析软件对变态相似模型和原型进行仿真分析,验证了所提出的设计方法的正确性。为了进一步验证所提出的设计方法的正确性,对变态相似模型进行了模态试验。试验表明,变态相似模型与原型满足动力学相似关系,所提出的变态相似模型设计方法可用于多参数畸变试验台设计。In this article,for the abnormal similarity design of combined rotors,an abnormal model is worked out,which makes the experimental model similar to the dynamics of the prototype.The prototype’s rotor system is distorted to set up the abnormal model.The equation analysis is conducted to deduce the dynamic similarity between the abnormal model and the prototype,and the final experimental model is set up with the aid of parameter optimization.The finite-element analytical software is adopted to simulate the abnormal-similarity model and the prototype,which verifies that the method is correct.In order to further verify the accuracy of the method,the modal test is conducted on the model.The results show that the dynamic relationship between the abnormal-similarity model and the prototype is similar,and the method can be adopted for the design of multi-parameter distorted test benches.
