摘 要:袋式除尘器作为重要的工业环保装置,广泛用于化工、冶金、电力、煤炭、建材、制药等领域。以往袋式除尘器创新设计多依赖于设计者经验,研发周期长、技术水平低。面向复杂工况和多域需求,将数字孪生技术引入到袋式除尘器创新设计过程,首先通过数字孪生产生的大量数据,确定系统中可能存在的问题;其次,结合技术创新方法进行问题分析和问题求解,形成创新设计方案;最后,将方案对应参数作用于数字孪生模型,通过方案评价和迭代创新过程,得到满足用户需求的最终方案。针对袋式除尘器产品结构创新问题,采用上述方法在实体样机及其对应的数字孪生体上进行了验证。As an important industrial environmental-protection device,bag filter is widely used in chemical,metallurgy,electric power,coal,building materials,pharmaceutical and other fields.In the past,the innovative design of bag filters relied on the experience of designers,with long development cycle and low technical level.For the complex working conditions and multidomain requirements,the digital-twin technology is introduced into the innovative design process of bag filters,firstly through the large amount of data generated by digital twin,in order to identify the possible problems in the system.Secondly,the problems are analyzed and solved in combination with the innovative technologies,so as to work out a scheme of innovative design.Finally,the corresponding parameters of the scheme are applied to the digital-twin model,and the final scheme which will meet the user demands is formulated based on a series of evaluation and the iterative optimization process.In view of the structural innovation of bag filters,these steps are taken on the physical prototype and its digital-twin mechanism,in order to verify that the model is effective.
