摘  要:针对模块化细分度不足,设计变更周期长,难以适应快速多变需求等问题展开分析,采用AHP层次分析法等手段开展需求分析、模块划分、模块识别等相关研究,提出零部件关联度规则和设计变更影响指数规则。采用零部件关联规则定量分析的方法建立零部件之间的关联矩阵,并采用最大树聚类算法进行聚类分析,依据相关评价指标获取最优阈值和模块划分结果。建立基于客户需求分析和模块变更的设计变更影响指数指标,实现柔性功能模块的识别,根据不同类别的功能模块的设计变更关系得到产品组成模块的设计逻辑,由此构建配置产品主结构。以起重机起升机构模块化配置设计应用实例验证零部件关联规则和设计变更影响指数规则在模块化设计中的有效性和可行性,为柔性产品平台的模块合理规划设计提供参考依据。Since the problems of insufficient modular subdivision and long cycle of design change,are difficult to adapt to the fast and changeable demand,the AHP method is adopted to conduct the demand analysis,module partition,module identification and other research,part association rules and design-change impact index rules are proposed.The quantitative analysis method of component association rules is used to establish the correlation matrix between components,and the maximum tree clustering algorithm is used to cluster analysis.The optimal threshold and module division results are obtained according to the relevant evaluation index.The index of design-change impact index based on customer requirement analysis and module change is established to realize the identification of flexible functional modules,according to the design-change relations of different types of functional modules,the design logic of modular-design components is obtained,and the main structure of configuration products is constructed.The validity and feasibility of component association rules and design-change impact index rules in modular-design are verified by an application example of modular configuration design of crane hoisting mechanism,which provides a reference basis for rational module planning and design of flexible product platform.
