摘  要:为实现材质的情感化表达与智能化推理,提升产品材质设计的准确性和可靠性,运用可拓学和感性工学,研究了材质的形式化表达与推理,通过分析体感评价特征,确定了用户情感意象与材质要素间的推理规则。以科技前卫类感性意象的汽车内饰材质设计为例,通过获取汽车内饰设计领域的知识及体感意向度数据,建立了可拓基元模型,并进行拓展、转换和运算。运用材质感性设计可拓学专家系统辅助设计人员输出设计方案,为材质感性设计提供量化推理方法,增强材质感性设计创新的效率。In order to realize emotional expression and intelligent reasoning of materials,and improve accuracy and reliability of product material design,formal expression and reasoning were studied using extenics and kansei engineering.The extension reasoning rules between user emotional imagery and three elements of material quality were determined through the analysis of somatosensory evaluation features.Taking the car interior material design of avant-garde science and technology perceptual image as an example,extension primitive models were established,expanded,transformed and calculated througth the acquisition of knowledge of automotive interior design and somatosensory intentionality data.The material sensitivity design extension expert system was used to assist designers to output design solutions.This study could provide quantitative reasoning method and promote material perceptual design innovation efficiency.
