摘 要:随着能源结构不断调整,火电厂深度调峰作用日益现显。电厂重要辅机动调轴流式风机厂用电率较高,因此如何实现动调轴流式风机全工况高效节能运行,是目前研究的重要课题。本文通过对动叶可调轴流式风机的结构特点、调节原理以及目前运行状况进行综合分析,提出了动调轴流风机全工况智能化节能运行模式,采用叶片调节加变频器调速联合调节的智能化运行方法,可满足电厂深度调峰的需求,保持风机在全工况高效区运行,实现节能效益最大化。同时,通过运行智能化与在线监测的有机结合,使得运行操控更便捷。本文所提出的运行模式也可用于300 MW级以上火电机组。With the continuous adjustment of energy structure,the function of depth peak regulation of thermal power plants is increasingly obvious.As an important auxiliary engine of power plants,the dynamo-regulated axial flow fan has a high power consumption rate.Therefore,how to realize high-efficiency and energy-saving operation of the dynamo-regulated axial flow fan under all working conditions is an important subject of current research.Based on comprehensive analysis on the structure characteristics,adjustment principle and current operation status of the rotor blade adjustable axial flow fan,this paper puts forward the intelligent energy-saving operation mode of the rotor blade adjustable axial flow fan under all working conditions.By adopting the intelligent operation method of blade regulation and inverter speed regulation,this mode can fully meet the demand of depth peak regulation in power plants,keep the fan running in high-efficiency area under full working conditions,and realize the maximization of energy saving benefit.Meanwhile,organic combination of intelligent operation and on-line monitoring makes the operation personnel control more convenient.The operation mode proposed in this paper can also be used for over 300 MW thermal power units.
