摘 要:以某9F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉为原型,进行了选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统改造设计研究,根据脱硝系统所需氨耗量和烟气参数设计了氨水蒸发系统,根据余热锅炉的具体尺寸和实际运行烟温参数确定了催化剂的布置位置和参数,并采用数值模拟方法研究了改造后余热锅炉脱硝系统的烟气流场。结果表明:对于高位布置的燃气轮机,在扩口段烟道可不设置导流板;采用分区可调的多组一体式氨注射混合器,能在较短距离内加强氨气和NOx的混合;项目改造完成后进行了喷氨优化调整试验,最终脱硝系统出口截面上的NOx分布相对标准偏差从29.6%降至19.6%,氨逃逸量从3.46μL/L降至2.89μL/L,改善效果明显。The retrofitting scheme for selective catalytic reduction(SCR)deNOx system of heat recovery boiler are designed for a 9F gas-steam combined cycle unit.The ammonia evaporation system is designed to provide enough ammonia using the heat of flue gas from heat recovery boiler.The parameters and position of catalyst layer are designed based on the operation parameters and actual dimensions of the heat recovery boiler.Moreover,numerical simulations are carried out to study the flow field of the deNOx system after the retrofitting.The results show that,guide plates are not necessary in inlet flue duct of the heat recovery boiler if the outlet duct of gas turbine is placed in the central axis of the heat recovery boiler.An integral ammonia injection mixer is applied in this project,which can adjust the ammonia flow rates of different zones.Specially,the structure of the integral ammonia injection mixer can realize effective mixing of ammonia and NOx in short distance.At last,optimization test of the integral ammonia injection mixer was carried out,and the result shows that the distribution of NOx mass concentration in the outlet cross section was improved,and the ammonia escape amount reduced.
