摘  要:为了掌握湿污泥掺烧量对抽烟气干化污泥耦合发电燃煤机组锅炉运行参数的影响,针对某电厂300 MW等级燃煤机组,以能量守恒定律为基础,通过热平衡和热力校核计算分析了机组在BMCR、75%THA、50%THA和30%THA工况时,从低温过热器出口抽烟气干化污泥并进行掺烧时的烟气抽取比例、锅炉热效率、燃煤量、烟气温度、减温水量及烟气量等参数的变化规律。结果表明:掺烧污泥会导致锅炉主要运行参数的恶化,影响幅度随着负荷的降低和湿污泥掺烧量的增加而增大;综合考虑改造成本以及对锅炉运行参数和环保设备的影响等因素,建议全负荷工况下的湿污泥掺烧量不超过总燃料量的8%。This paper studies the effects of wet sludge amount on operational parameters of coal-fired boiler in which the sludge is dried by extracting flue gas,by taking a 300 MW unit coal-fired unit as the research object.On the basis of energy conservation equation,thermal balance and thermal check calculation is carried out to investigate the change rules of flue gas extraction ratio,thermal efficiency,coal consumption,flue gas temperature,spray water flux and gas flow under conditions of BMCR,75%THA,50%THA and 30%THA,when the flue gas is extracted from low temperature superheater outlet to heat the sludge.The results show that,blending sludge will cause deterioration of the boiler’s main parameters.The parameters variation increases when the boiler load decreases and the amount of wet sludge increases.Comprehensively considering the engineering cost and the influences on boiler parameters and environmental facilities,the percentage of wet sludge blending should be controlled below 8%under full load condition.
