摘 要:为解决现有脱硫废水零排放工艺投资运行费用高、结晶固体盐难以处置等问题,本文提出了“预处理-膜浓缩-旁路烟气蒸发”零排放处理系统,在山东某火力发电厂完成了系统的工程设计和建设,并进行了调试运行和试验。结果表明:“一体式软化澄清-机械过滤-超滤”预处理工艺保证了高压反渗透的正常运行,澄清器出水ρ(Ca^2+)<50 mg/L,ρ(Mg^2+)<100 mg/L,过滤器产水浊度为0.2~0.4 NTU,超滤产水浊度平均为0.05 NTU;高压反渗透在回收率为40%工况条件下,脱盐率约为99%,运行压力、压差无明显上升,产水电导率为0.40~0.55 mS/cm;旋转和两相流雾化蒸发器合计平均喷水量约为4.0 m^3/h,烟气流通正常,脱硫废水雾滴完全蒸干,自动化程度高;该零排放处理系统可实现单台350 MW机组脱硫废水零排放,应用前景良好。To solve the problems of high investment and operation cost of the existing zero discharge process of desulphurization wastewater and difficult disposal of crystalline solid salt,this paper proposes a zero discharge system of“pretreatment-membrane concentration-bypass flue gas evaporation”.The system’s engineering design and construction has been completed in a coal-fired power plant in Shandong Province,and the commissioning operation and performance test has been carried out.The results show that,pretreatment method of“integrated softening clarification-mechanical filtration-ultrafiltration”ensures the normal operation of reverse osmosis,the integrated softening clarifier effluent content of Ca^2+is below 50 mg/L,that of Mg^2+is below 100 mg/L,the turbidity of filter effluent is about 0.2~0.4 NTU,and the average turbidity of ultrafiltration effluent is 0.05 NTU.Under the condition of 40%recovery rate,the desalination rate is about 99%,the operation pressure and pressure difference has no significant increase,and the conductivity of the water is about 0.40~0.55 mS/cm.The rotary atomization technology and two-phase flow technology total average spray water volume is 4.0 m^3/h,the flue gas circulation is normal,and the desulfurization wastewater droplets are stable fully evaporated,and the equipment is highly automated.This treatment system can achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater of 350 MW coal-fired power plant,which has a good application prospect.
