摘 要:本文介绍了某电厂烟羽治理改造项目的工艺设计及运行情况、烟羽治理系统的设计特点、运行情况及优化方案。优化方案为:烟气冷凝器采用薄壁椭圆形钛管顺列布置,大幅降低了烟气冷凝器的阻力;冷凝水直接排入冷却塔,大幅简化了冷凝水系统;冷凝水中溶解的固形物质量浓度为41~53 mg/L,烟气冷凝器对SO3的脱除量为0.503~0.696 mg/m^3,对可凝结颗粒物的脱除量为0.797~1.169 mg/m^3;取消烟气再热系统,并将3台冷却水循环泵的配置优化为20%、30%、50%后,烟羽治理系统增加的厂用电率由原来的0.161%~0.205%降至0.0566%~0.0695%。本文可为同类型机组烟羽治理系统的安全经济运行提供指导。The process design and operation situation of as moke plume treatment retrofitting project in a power plant,as well as the design features,operation situation and optimization scheme of the smoke plume control system are introduced.In the optimization scheme,the thin-walled elliptical titanium tubes arranging in line are adopted,which can greatly reduce the resistance of the flue gas condenser.The condensate water is discharged into the cooling tower directly,which can greatly simplify the condensate system.The mass concentration of dissolved solids in condensed water is 41~53 mg/L,the removal amount of SO3 by flue gas condenser is 0.503~0.696 mg/m^3,and that of condensable particles is 0.797~1.169 mg/m^3.After eliminating the flue gas reheater and optimizing the configuration of cooling water circulating pump to 20%,30%and 50%,the increased service power consumption rate of the smoke plume control system will be reduced from 0.161%~0.205%to 0.0566%~0.0695%.This paper can provide guidance for the safe and economical operation of smoke plume control system for the same type units.
