摘  要:燃煤机组墙式燃烧锅炉省煤器出口烟气的速度和NOx质量浓度分布随机组负荷、磨煤机组合方式变化较大,导致选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝装置的工况适应性差,空气预热器硫酸氢铵堵塞加重,常规喷氨优化调整难以适应全负荷运行。为此,本文提出了高中低负荷5个磨煤机组合下的喷氨综合平衡调整试验方法,并以某600 MW机组墙式对冲燃烧锅炉为研究对象,进行了SCR喷氨优化调整试验研究。结果表明:在5个常规运行磨煤机组合下,SCR烟气脱硝装置出口截面NOx质量浓度分布的相对标准偏差CV值分别达到了31%、31%、27%、26%、32%,工况适应性良好;DCS历史数据显示运行14个月后,机组满负荷下的空气预热器烟气侧差压增长甚微。The distributions of gas velocity and NOx mass concentration at the economizer outlet vary greatly with the unit load and coal mill combination in opposite wall fired furnace.Consequently,the adaptability of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration device is poor,and the blockage of ammonium hydrogen sulfate in the air preheater is aggravated.Conventional ammonia injection grid(AIG)optimization can not achieve good adaptability to full load operation.To solve this problem,a comprehensive balance adjustment test method was proposed by taking into account 5 operation combinations of 6 coal mills at different unit loads.Moreover,the AIG optimization was studied on a 600 MW unit using this comprehensive balance adjustment test method.The test results showed that,under the 5 conventional running mill combinations,the relative standard deviation CV values of the NOx mass concentration distribution at the outlet cross section of the SCR flue gas denitration device reached 31%,31%,27%,26%and 32%,respectively.The historical data of DCS showed that,after 14 months operation,the differential pressure of the air preheater at full load has basically not increased.
