摘 要:为解决柱型高速混床布水装置偏流带来的周期制水量偏低问题,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对布水装置的效果进行了数值模拟研究,提出了能够准确模拟树脂层流动的多孔介质模型参数,确定了以混床布水的速度均匀性指数作为混床性能评价的依据。针对现有多孔板拧水帽式布水装置的缺点,提出了加强型两级和双层多孔板2种新型布水装置,经过进一步优化参数后,提高了混床布水均匀性指数,周期制水量达到了设计值的1.25倍以上。To solve the problem that the periodic water production of high-flowrate mix bed is usually low due to the non-uniformity of water distribution,numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the water distribution effect by CFD method.Parameters about the porous media model for the resin particles are put forward.The velocity uniformity index of water distribution is identified as a criteria to evaluate the performance of mix beds.Against the disadvantages of the commonly used“water distribution structure with perforated plate and water caps”,the“enhanced two-state water distribution device”and“two-layer perforated plate water distribution device”are proposed,and are optimized constantly based on CFD method.The velocity uniformity index of water distribution is increased continuously,along with the periodic water production,of which the maximum value reaches 1.25 times of the design value.
