摘 要:为了研究频差对高压厂用电源切换的影响,首先利用空间相量法在定子复坐标系下建立降阶的电动机模型,以单台电动机为例推导出切换电源间的相角差变化规律;然后利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件建立了切换系统仿真模型,论证大频差高压厂用电源切换技术的可行性;最后,以处于孤网变频运行工况的辅机统调动力源系统为试验对象,通过大频差下的厂用电带负荷切换现场试验进行验证。结果表明:大频差下进行高压厂用电切换可行;在一定频差范围内,频差越大,同期捕捉切换越快,切换过渡过程厂用母线电压波动越剧烈;对于具体机组,应通过试验确定安全频差阈值以保证厂用电安全。In order to study the influence of frequency difference on switching of the high-voltage auxiliary power supplies,firstly,a reduced-order motor model was established in the stator complex coordinate system using space phasor method,and a single motor was taken as an example to derive the change law of the phase angle difference between switching power supplies.Then,the PSCAD/EMTDC was used to establish a switching system model for simulation research,which demonstrated the feasibility of the high-voltage auxiliary power supply switching technology under large frequency differences and drew a preliminary conclusion on the influence of the frequency difference on the switching mode.Finally,the auxiliary power source system working under isolated network variable frequency operation condition was taken as the test object,a field switching test of auxiliary power with load under large frequency difference was carried out to verify the above conclusions.The results show that,within a certain frequency difference range,the greater the frequency difference,the faster the simultaneous capture and switching,and the more severe the fluctuation of the factory bus voltage during the transition process.Therefore,it is feasible to switch high-voltage auxiliary power under large frequency differences,but the safe frequency difference threshold should be determined through experiments to ensure the safety of auxiliary power.
