《神农本草经》的“治未病”思想与药物应用

摘　　要：《神农本草经》不止是一部本草典籍,还蕴含着丰富的中医“治未病”思想。在药物分类上首重上品药物以养命,中品药物以养性,下品药物以治病;在用药中提倡对疾病早期治疗,防变防危,注重保养正气,形神兼养,主张顺应自然,药随其性。在“治未病”“大健康”等理念备受重视的今天,既应关注以补虚扶正为主的药物,拓宽其在预防和康复中的应用;又应重视以治病祛邪为主的药物,特别是在重大疾病中具有干预作用的药物。一些药食两用或可用于保健食品的品种因为安全方便,更值得以食养或食疗的方式推广应用。Shennong Bencao Jing contains rich theory of“preventive treatment of disease”.By its classification of herbs,it attaches importance to drugs to support life,then the drug to support character,last the drugs to treat disease.It can promote treatment in early stage of disease,prevent disease changing severe,and pay attention to the maintenance of health qi,preserve both the constitution and mentality.Meanwhile,it insists conforming to the nature and medicinal properties.Under the concept of“preventive treatment of disease”,we should pay attention to the drugs to supplement deficiency and strengthen the body,which can be applicated in prevention and rehabilitation.We should also pay attention to the medicine that cures the disease,especially in the serious diseases.At the same time,some kinds of medicinal food or health food are worth applying in the way of dietary nourishment or dietary therapy because of its safety and convenience.
