浅析《肘后备急方》皮肤病外治用药特色

摘　　要：《肘后备急方》是东晋医家葛洪的代表作之一,通过研读《肘后备急方》,发现葛氏对于岭南地区皮肤病见解独到,轻巧灵动,对于痈疽、发背、丹毒、疥癣、阴疮等,善以粪便、香料、动物、植物、金属矿石等外用,巧用其性以清热解毒、消痈散结、托里透脓,屡获奇效。《肘后备急方》外治法用药特色鲜明,实用性强,对后世治疗皮肤病有重要的指导意义,值得临床研究和推广。Zhouhou Beiji Fang is one of the representative works of Ge Hong,a physician in the Eastern Jin Dynasty.After studying the Zhouhou Beiji Fang volume,it is found that Ge Hong has unique opinions on the skin diseases in lingnan area especially using feces,spices,animals,plants,metal ore,to clear away heat and detoxification,eliminate phlegm and stasis.The external treatment method of Zhouhou Beiji Fang has distinct characteristics and strong practicability.It has important guiding significance for future generations to treat dermatosis,and is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
