摘 要:目的测定盐地碱蓬不同部位总黄酮的含量,以期为合理利用不同药用部位精准用药提供实验依据。方法对盐地碱蓬的茎、叶、种子用乙醇进行回流提取,获得总黄酮提取液,采用紫外—可见分光光度法,以芦丁对照品标准曲线法计算盐地碱蓬不同部位的总黄酮含量。结果盐地碱蓬茎、叶、种子中总黄酮含量分别是2.60 mg·g^-1,1.83 mg·g^-1,6.31 mg·g^-1。结论盐地碱蓬茎、叶、种子均含有黄酮类成分,其中种子含量最高,叶中的含量最少。Objective To determine the differences in the amount of total flavonoids extracted from different medical parts of Suaeda salsa,so as to provide a experimental basis for the future development and utilization of Suaeda salsa in the field of medicinal and food applications.Methods The stems,leaves and seeds of Suaeda salsa were refluxed with ethanol to obtain the total flavonoids extract.The total flavonoids content in different parts of Suaeda salsa was calculated by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and rutin standard curve method.Results The experiment showed that total flavonoids contents in stem,leaves and seeds of Suaeda salsa were 2.60 mg·g^-1,1.83 mg·g^-1,6.31 mg·g^-1,respectively.Conclusion The experiment showed that total flavonoids in Suaeda salsa seeds was the highest,while that in leaves was the lowest.
