头针联合舌三针治疗脑卒中后运动性失语症分析

摘　　要：目的探讨头针与舌三针联合治疗对脑卒中后运动性失语症患者的神经功能、语言沟通能力的改善效果。方法回顾性分析134例脑卒中后运动性失语症患者的临床资料,依据临床采取治疗方案的不同对上述入选者分组,分别为对照组(常规体针治疗,67例)与观察组(头针+舌三针治疗,67例),比较2组失语症严重程度、神经功能及语言沟通能力。结果治疗30 d后,观察组失语症严重程度低于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)及改良RANKIN量表(mRS)评分均低于对照组,功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后运动性失语症患者通过头针与舌三针联合治疗,可有效缓解病情,减轻神经功能缺损情况,利于提高语言沟通能力。Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with tongue three-needle in improving nerve function and communication ability of patients with motor aphasia after stroke.Methods The clinical data of 134 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were retrospectively analyzed.All selected cases were divided into control group(routine body acupuncture,67 cases)and observation group(scalp acupuncture and tongue three-needle,67 cases)according to treatment regimens.The severity of aphasia,nerve function and communication ability were compared between two groups.Results After treatment for 30 days,the severity of aphasia in observation group was slighter than that in control group,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the score of the Chinese functional communication profile(CFCP)in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with tongue three-needle in treatment of patients with motor aphasia after stroke can relieve conditions,reduce nerve function deficit,increase communication ability,and promote the outcome of disease.
