冬病夏治三伏贴联合益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察冬病夏治三伏贴联合益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法选取COPD稳定期患者72例作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用冬病夏治三伏贴和益肺灸治疗,观察并比较治疗前后2组进行肺功能(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%、PaO2和PaCO2)、6分钟步行距离、30秒坐立次数。结果治疗后2组FEV1%和FEV1/FVC%、PaO2与治疗前比较明显提高(P<0.05),PaCO2与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%和PaO2均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),PaCO2显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组6 MWT和30 s SST均明显提高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组6MWD和30 s SST均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治三伏贴结合益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,能显著改善患者肺功能及运动能力,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of Sanfu patch combined with lung-benefiting moxibustion on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage.Methods A total of 72 cases COPD patients were selected as the study subjects,and divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases according to random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.Patients in the observation group were treated with Sanfu patch and lung-benefiting moxibustion on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Lung function(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,PaO2 and PaCO2),6-minute walking distance and 30-second sitting times were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,PaO2 in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),PaCO2 was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),FEV1%,FEV1/FVC% and PaO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),PaCO2 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),6MWD and 30 s in the two groups after treatment.SST was significantly improved(P<0.05),6MWD and 30 s SST were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the above differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Sanfu patch combined with lung-benefiting moxibustion can significantly improve pulmonary function and exercise capacity of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
