中医辨证护理联合综合性康复训练对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证护理联合综合性康复训练对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院收治的102例脑梗死患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予综合性康复训练,观察组给予中医辨证护理联合综合性康复训练,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、诺丁汉健康调查表(NHP)评分、Barthel评分及全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容。结果2组治疗后FMA评分和Barthel评分均明显高于治疗前、NHP评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组差异较对照组更显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度及血细胞比容均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证护理联合综合性康复训练能够明显改善脑梗死患者的肢体运动功能,有助于生活自理能力和生活质量的提高,降低血液黏度。Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on physical function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into control group and observasion group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training.The two groups were treated for 3 months.Results After treatment,FMA score and Barthel score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and NHP score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can significantly improve the physical function of patients with cerebral infarction and quality of life.
