规范化功能锻炼在关节镜术后患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对关节镜术后患者进行规范化功能锻炼指导,观察患者的依从性和护理满意度得分情况。方法选取160例关节镜术后患者,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组给予个性化功能锻炼指导,观察组则实施规范化功能锻炼,对比2组的功能锻炼依从性和护理满意度得分。结果观察组依从性和护理满意度得分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施规范化功能锻炼可提高关节镜术后患者的依从性,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the scores of compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with standardized functional exercise after arthroscopy.Methods A total of 160 patients after arthros copy were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table.The control group was given individualized functional exercise guidance,while the observation group carried out standardized functional exercise.The functional exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compliance and nursing satisfaction scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized functional exercise can improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients after arthroscopy,which is worthy of clinical application.
