摘　　要：2019年2月,中国老年医学学会高血压分会和国家老年疾病临床医学研究中心中国老年心血管病防治联盟共同发布了《中国老年高血压管理指南2019》。这版指南详细介绍了老年人血压测量方法、降压目标、血压波动的处理、以及特定人群的治疗、多重用药和血压管理等问题,势必对我国老年高血压患者的血压控制产生影响,更能有效地促进老年高血压患者的健康水平。In February 2019,the Hypertension Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Medical Association and the China Association for the Prevention and Treatment of Senile Cardiovascular Diseases of the National Geriatric Disease Clinical Medical Research Center jointly issued the Guidelines for the Management of Senile Hypertension in China 2019.This edition of the guide introduced in detail the methods of blood pressure measurement,the goal of lowering blood pressure,the treatment of blood pressure fluctuation,and the treatment of specific population,multiple drug use and blood pressure management.It is bound to have an impact on the blood pressure control of elderly hypertensive patients in China,and more effectively promote the health level of elderly hypertensive patients.
