摘  要:人造毛皮为了达到滑爽、柔软、蓬松的效果,要求基布坚牢且有毛绒的手感,光泽和外观要与天然动物毛相似。腈氯纶是一种具有类似羊毛般手感的改性腈纶。通过水性PU和硬挺剂对腈氯纶进行改性处理,可提高纤维的拉伸断裂性能和弹性回复性能,从而改善仿真动物毛纤维的抗倒伏性和蓬松性,达到柔软滑糯、外观逼真的效果。研究结果表明,使用1%的水性PU、浴比为20∶1处理时,改性腈氯纶的拉伸断裂强度和弹性回复能力更优,而且仿真羊毛刚毛经过处理后对外观的改善比底绒更为明显。In order to achieve a smooth,soft and fluffy effect,artificial fur requires a strong and fluffy feel,gloss and appearance similar to natural animal hair.Nitrile chloride fiber is a modified acrylic fiber with a wool-like feel.The treatment of water-based PU and stiffener by nitrile chloride fiber improves the tensile fracture property and elastic recovery property of the fiber,by improving the lodging resistance and bulkiness of the simulated animal hair fiber,achieving soft and smooth appearance and realistic appearance.The results show that using 1%of the water-based PU,when the bath ratio is 20∶1,the modified nitrile chloride fiber has better tensile rupture strength and elastic recovery ability.Moreover,after the simulated wool is treated,the improvement of the appearance of the bristles is better than that of the velvet.
