摘　　要：采用熔体直纺柔性在线添加技术生产100 dtex/144 f特黑涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),对其主要生产工艺进行了探讨。生产实践表明:色母粒的干燥温度在145℃,在干燥塔中的停留时间控制在6 h,干燥后的含水率可达2.5×10-5;熔体中母粒的添加比例在4.5%~5.0%之间,箱体温度控制在286℃左右,组件滤材组合为20目金属砂搭配400目滤网,环吹冷却风压为40~45 Pa,含油率为1.04%,卷绕速度在4500~4600 m/min,牵伸比在2.5~2.7之间,第一热辊温度为90~92℃,第二热辊温度为129~132℃时,纺丝生产稳定,产品质量满足织造要求。The 100 dtex/144 f extra black polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)was produced by melt direct spin-ning flexible on-line addition process,and the main production process was discussed.The production prac-tice shows that when the drying temperature of color masterbatch is 145℃,the residence time of master-batch in the drying tower is about 6 hours,the moisture content after drying can reach 2.5×10-5.When theaddition proportion of masterbatch in the melt is between 4.5%and 5.0%,the spinning box temperature iscontrolled at 286℃,and the component filter material combination is 20 mesh metal sand matched with400 mesh filter screen,the cooling air pressure is 40~45 Pa,the oil content is 1.04%,the winding speed is4500~4600 m/min,draw ratio is 2.5~2.7,the first hot roller temperature is 90~92℃,and the second hotroller temperature is 129~132℃,the spinning production is stable and the product quality meets the weav-ing requirements.
