摘 要:利用静电纺丝法首先制备了以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂的β-环糊精(β-CD)/聚丙烯腈的复合纳米纤维膜,测定了不同成分的静电纺丝溶液的电导率和黏度,确定了静电纺丝的条件,通过红外光谱、TGA、XRD、扫描电镜对所得到的复合纳米纤维膜进行了表征,发现β-环糊精的加入对复合纳米纤维膜的形态和性能均产生影响。加入β-CD后,复合纳米纤维的热稳定性会轻微降低,但不会影响其使用。XRD和TG的研究结果显示,β-CD与聚丙烯腈之间仅仅是掺杂在一起,并没有形成包合物,从而β-CD的空腔得以保留。Using the electrostatic spinning method,theβ-cyclodextrin/polyacrylonitrile composite nanofibers films in N,N-dimethylformamide solution were prepared.Conductivity and viscosity of the electrostatic spinning solution of different components were measured,and the films were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,TGA,XRD,SEM.The result shows that addingβ-cyclodextrin could improve primary shape and properties of nanofibers,and the special structure ofβ-cyclodextrin embedded in the nanofibers might be kept.After addingβ-cyclodextrin,the thermal stability of nanofibers will be slightly reduced,but the use will not be affected.XRD and TG result shows thatβ-cyclodextrin and polyacrylonitrile are mixed and do not form inclusion compound,so that the cavity ofβ-cyclodextrin can be preserved.
