纤维级聚己内酰胺切片试验方法标准解析

摘　　要：纤维级聚己内酰胺切片是锦纶6的主要原料。随着我国聚己内酰胺切片完成自给供应,为进一步提高质量、参与国际竞争,在FZ/T 51004—2011基础上制定了国家标准GB/T 38138—2019《纤维级聚己内酰胺(PA6)切片试验方法》。与FZ/T 51004—2011相比,GB/T 38138—2019中含水率的测定增加了卡尔·费休库仑法;热水可萃取物含量的测定增加了索氏萃取折光法;氨基含量的测定仍旧采用电位滴定法,但用盐酸-乙醇标准滴定溶液代替了易爆的高氯酸-乙醇标准滴定溶液,并增加了三氟乙醇溶剂体系;羧基含量的测定增加了电位滴定法,实现了氨基和羧基含量一步法测试;熔点的测定增加了差示扫描量热法。Fiber grade polycaprolactam chip is the main raw material of polyamide 6 fiber.With the completion of self-sufficiency supply for polycaprolactam chips in China,in order to further improve the quality and participate in international competition,the national standard GB/T 38138—2019 Test Methods for Fiber Grade Polycaprolactam(PA6)Chips is formulated on the basis of FZ/T 51004—2011.Compared with FZ/T 51004—2011,the test method of Karl Fischer coulometry is added to the determination of water content,Soxhlet extraction refraction method is added to the determination of hot water extractable content,and potentiometric titration method is still used for the determination of amino content,but hydrochloric acid ethanol standard titration solution is used in stead of easily explosive perchloric acid ethanol standard titration solution,and trifluoroethanol solvent system is added.The potential titration method is added to the determination of carboxyl content,one-step measurement of amino and carboxyl content is realized,and differential scanning calorimetry is added to the determination of melting point.
